Our flow wrap packaging mock-ups can be produced in a variety of sizes and materials to suit your needs. Each item is printed, and then cut, filled and sealed by hand. We’re also happy to use both mock and actual product filling, which means you’ll get a great idea of how the packing will hold the contents.
Our bag and pouch samples can be used for a wide variety of product purposes. Stand-up bags and quad bags can be stable standing, allowing the product to promote effectively on shelf. Zip lock can be applied providing a resealable function, as well as clear windows to view product.
Sample-it produce labels on a wide range of materials, including; but not limited to white self-adhesive, metallic self-adhesive, clear self-adhesive, and paper self-adhesive! We can also print onto supplied material, if this is critical for your project. As well as printing onto a vast range of adhesives, we also print CMYK, Pantone colours, metallics, and we can even cold foil if you are looking for that premium look/feel.
Aside from all of the above, we are also capable of applying an emboss, spot gloss, or spot matt onto your labels, no matter the substrate!
Once your labels are printed and finished, we can either apply onto your products, or supply ready for you to apply!
Sample-it provides carton packaging mock-ups on various carton board stocks, such as flexible box board, Mirri board and corrugated. Mirri boards are typically used when elements of the design require a metallic look.
Carton mock-ups can be supplied flat, CAD cut and creased with tape applied ready for assembly or fully made up with product inside. Foiling and embossing services are also available.
Sample-it’s shrink wrap, or ‘shrink sleeve’, packaging mock-up service can be applied to various permutations of packaging. A welded shrink sleeve is applied over a packaging form and then shrunk by heat application. Outer shrink packaging can also be produced for can and bottle multi-packs to keep all products together.
Multiple hits of white can be applied when printing to achieve solid whites. For customers who are unable to supply plain cans and bottles, Sample-it can also offer a spray painting service to mask off existing designs and avoid any ‘show through’ when the shrink sleeve is applied.
Sample-it’s shelf ready packaging mock-ups are typically printed onto corrugated board, and will usually consist of a tray, and a lid which is used to protect the product. Shelf ready packaging can also be printed onto standard carton board too.
We offer matt and gloss finishes on our shelf ready packaging, and can apply spot UV varnishes, embossing, and also cold foiling should this be required.
